I am a Realtor selling and listing real estate in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. I have been licensed since 2002 and always enjoy helping my clients realize their dreams of owning their own home. I think you'll find I am dedicated to providing service that goes beyond the basics -- and beyond the sale.  This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, responding quickly to your needs, answering all of your questions and making sure you have all the information you need to feel good about the decisions you are making.  I want the people I help to be so delighted that they would gladly introduce me to their friends and family.

A native of Lancaster County, I am confident I can help you with your real estate needs. I still remember how I felt the first time I bought my own home over 20 years ago and would like to help you experience the same.

Most recently, I have earned my CDPE designation, which means I am equipped to help homeowners avoid foreclosure by working with their bank to negotiate a short sale.  This is a much better solution with a smaller impact on a homeowner's credit.  It doesn't cost anything for a consultation to see if you qualify.

Also, in 2006 I earned the ePro designation after completing over 14 hours of classroom instruction. This involved learning to be Internet savvy and utilize today's technology to my client's advantage and to reach more people.  I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant helping other real estate agents with their web presence -- tools I still utilize in my real estate business today.  In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

In recent years, I have become passionate about helping in my community. I volunteer as a member of the board of New Hope Community Life Ministry. As a council member and choir member, I am also very involved with my church.  This fits well with my life philosophy -- "I'm here to help".
